The Samsung Book S do have a UFS drive, the drivers for those drives are not available for Linux. Therefor you must fall back to WinPE but you need to include all the drivers in to the build.
As download of this page you'll find the driver package for those machines.
In our manual, at step 5, you'll find the instruction how to include the drivers.
You can find the manual here: https://support.global-emea.com/support/solutions/articles/48000944218-winpe-build
Use the amd64 version of WinPE.
Note: the command for .cab files and for .inf files are different, make sure you use the right one.
Note: Make sure that the .sys and dll files are present in the same directory.
Note: Below will show "driver_to_add" and "SampleDriver\driver" Those lines should be leading to the path where the .cab and/or .inf files are located. Like C:\Users\John\Desktop\Drivers\driver.cab
For .cab files:
Dism /Add-Driver /Image:"C:\winpe_amd64\mount" /Driver:"C:\drivers_to_add" /Recurse
For .inf files:
Dism /Add-Driver /Image:"C:\WinPE_amd64\mount" /Driver:"C:\SampleDriver\driver.inf"
