Here you can find the latest stand alone ISO: https://download.whitecanyon.com/wipedrive/wd-enterprise-dongle.iso Try to boot this one from an USB. Do not add/change any settings yet, just try to boot a 'clean' image to see if that helps. If this solves the issue please add this feedback to the request.
